2️⃣ Ownership Transfer

Once full payment has been received and verified, ownership transfer will begin.
This includes:

  • Transfer of the domain name to the buyer’s registrar account
  • Transfer of the website files and hosting access
  • Delivery of admin credentials for full control of the website

Ownership transfers are typically completed within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

After transfer, the buyer assumes full control, rights, and responsibilities for the website and domain.

3️⃣ Payment Terms

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be made in full before any ownership transfer begins.

We accept secure payment methods communicated directly to the buyer during the sales process.
No ownership rights are granted until payment is confirmed in our account.

4️⃣ Refund Policy

Because digital assets involve instant ownership transfer and cannot be “returned,” all sales are final once a domain or website has been handed over.

However, we ensure that:

✅ Ownership transfer is successful
✅ You receive everything exactly as listed

If there are any technical issues during handover, we’ll resolve them promptly before finalising the sale.

We only provide websites that are ready as they are.

6️⃣ Intellectual Property

All content, designs, text, images, and code on BuyBusinesses.co.za are the property of BuyBusinesses.co.za unless stated otherwise.

After purchase and transfer, ownership of the specific website and domain passes fully to the buyer.
However, the overall platform design, structure, and brand name “BuyBusinesses.co.za” remain the property of the seller.

7️⃣ Limitation of Liability

BuyBusinesses.co.za is not responsible for how the buyer operates, markets, or manages the website after ownership transfer.
We do not guarantee specific earnings or business outcomes.
All websites are provided “as is,” and the buyer is responsible for ongoing hosting, domain renewal, and compliance with applicable laws.
